Excellence and Integrity in Public Procurement 2010

On 19th and 20th May 2010 there were carried out two-day seminars on transparency and integrity in public procurement and management of European funds, primarily focused on the presentation and discussion on anti-corruption instruments whose use can limit the scope for corruption in public procurement. There was a discussion on strengthening transparency through access to information, but also for electronic auctions and decisions of the ECJ in the context of sound public procurement. Seminars were attended by over 130 participants from all over Slovakia, both working in the state administration, local government and the private sector.

This project is financed by the European Union (OLAF) in the Hercule II Programme from 2007 to 2013: Communities Action Plan to promote activities in the field of protection of Communities‘ financial interests.
