In June 2009, TIS prepared material Evaluation of the transparency of public procurement market in 2008, in which analyzes the transparency of market purchases of goods, services and construction works in the public sector and compares the developments in the area over the past five years. The authors of the analysis mainly based on data published annually by the Public Procurement Office.
